The attention of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency has been drawn to a document titled DEMAND NOTICE FOR CONSTRUCTION/RIWAMA AND TRADESMEN ON SITE.
Further, the notice demands the payment of One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Naira (#120,00.00) per plot, as fees payable for building waste generated at the construction sites.
The Rivers State Waste Management Agency hereby inform the general public, that it did not commission any person or group of persons to make such demand for payment of fees.
The General Public should kindly take note.
