The Rivers State Waste Management Agency, RIWAMA, says it has initiated legal proceedings against sanitation law offenders
The Agency in a statement cautioned residents against flouting regulation as anyone caught will be prosecuted.
Head of the Agency and Special Adviser to the Rivers State Governor on Environment Sanitation, Hon. Prince Obi Ohia, is currently meeting with market leaders from Obio-Akpor and Port Harcourt City LGAs, at the Agency’s Conference Hall along Ikwerre Road, Port Harcourt.
The meeting aims to establish strategic partnerships for advancing the sanitation agenda and fostering community involvement in maintaining a clean environment.
