The Rivers State Waste Management Agency, has banned dumping of refuse on median strips in the state.
The Agency disclosed this in a statement on Thursday.
RIWAMA, said residents had blatantly refused to stop dumping refuse on roads, despite pleas urging them to desist from the act.
