One of the organizers of the “RiversPVCBlockParty” KObaba Jornsen has expressed displeasure over the attitude of some persons about the concert.
The Ace comedian in a statement on Friday, said several persons are disrespecting their efforts and calling them names over the non partisan concert.
According to him, “Port Harcourt city is that city that misinterpret and misunderstands good works” adding that they have helped several persons to get their PVC.
His statement reads,
Tomorrow, we do without party lines, we’ve spent days helping several persons to get their PVC and we will like to have a concert. I know that Port Harcourt is city that misinterpret and misunderstands good works, but together we like to tell our people why getting your PVC is important and as well entertain you.
Its sad that several people are disrespecting our efforts and calling us names, even trying to tag a non partisan concert as political, but we move. May this city grow beyond hatred, lies and disunity. We are better together.
