A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party in Rivers state, David Briggs has revealed why the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike is against former governor of the state and elder statesman, Peter Odili.
Briggs, during an interview on Arise said Wike is against Odili because the latter refused to support his plot to impeach Gov. Sim Fubara.
According to him, Fubara had done nothing to warrant impeachment, adding that the attacks on Odili by Wike was unnecessary.
Recall that Wike had in a meeting last weekend believed to have taken a swipe at the Odili’s when he stated that he built and named projects after “one man and one woman.”
