Police officers who assaulted a man in front of his female girlfriend along East West Road in Rivers State have been punished.
The officers, Inspector Adejoh Siaka was deranked to a Sergeant while the other, Sergeant Ndiwa Kpuebari was severely reprimanded.
The NPF also warned the officers against such act, adding that the command frowns at it.
