A yet-to-be identified student of the Department of Vocational-technical Education, Rivers State University, from Etche Local Government Area of the state, has reportedly died after battling a strange ailment.
The deceased passed on in his home town after he was rejected by hospitals, due to the strange nature of his sickness
A source who pleaded anonymity explained that the boy was killed by his community deity after his father allegedly slept with his female cousin.
He added that the abominable act was revealed by the deity, despite attempts by those involved to cover it up.
He noted that the man is currently on the run for fear of being lynched by indigenes of the community.
He also said a ritual needs to be performed to cleanse the land, else death would keep visiting the family.
