Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Arch. Tonye Cole has reacted to the dismissal of his petition challenging the victory of Governor, Sim Fubara of the PDP by the Election Petition Tribunal.
Cole in a chat with journalists shortly after the ruling on Monday, said he will wait to see and study the judgement to know his next line of action.
According to him, some of the declarations by the tribunal were surprising as it was not expected, adding that not all the decisions were “agreeable.”
