The Rivers State Taskforce on illegal Street Trading and Motor Park, has arrested seven fake taskforce officials.
DSP Felix Nwadibeyi, Cordinator of the Taskforce, made this known today, in a chat with news correspondents.
He noted that the fake officials where arrested at the town axis of the state, while extorting motorists huge sums of money.
Nwadibeyi advised members of the public to be vigilant and report such illegal act to the agency or to the nearest police station.
He also stated that the command under his watch, will not tolerate any illegal act from its members.
