2022 RECRUITMENT OF POLICE CONSTABLES (GENERAL DUTY): JAMB RELEASES SCHEDULES FOR CBT ACROSS RIVERS STATE

The Rivers State Police Command wishes to inform the general public, particularly applicants from Rivers State, who applied for General Duty (G/D) in the ongoing recruitment exercise and participated in the recent Physical/Credentials Screening Exercise, that the Computer Based Test (CBT) to be administered by JAMB has been scheduled to take place from Tuesday 5th to Wednesday 6th March 2024, across various centers as released by JAMB.

The Rivers State Centers are as follows:

1. Anpez Center, 11 Unity Estate, Eliozu-Rukpokwu Road, Eliozu, Rivers State.

2. A-Pagen Consolidated Services Limited, CBT Center 2. No. 18 Nathan Amadi Avenue, Near Humanity Hotel, White House Bus Stop, Rukpokwu, Port Harcourt.

3. Archdeacon Brown Education Centre, Behind Post office, Post Office Road, YKC Junction, Woji, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

4. Ave Maria International Academy CTR 1, opposite Deeper Life Bible Church Headquarters, East-West Road, Rumuodara, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

5. Ave Maria International Academy CTR 2, opposite Deeper Life Bible Church Headquarters, East-West Road, Rumuodara, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

6. Bright Hope Standard College, 29 Oramma Road, Egbelu, Oyigbo, opposite Okro Market, Rivers State.

7. Ebenezer International School, No. 23, Barry White Street, Near MTN Mast, Pipeline Rumukwurusi, or Elimgbu Slaughter, Elimgbu, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

8. ICT Center, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education on Ikwere Road, by Whimpy Junction, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

9. Provil Schools CBT Center, 3/5 Provil Close, NTA Road, Opposite AIT, Ozuoba, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

10. Rivers State University ICT Center, Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Mile 3, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

11. State Primary School 1, Churchill, Borikiri, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

All applicants who are invited for the CBT are advised to visit the portal and print out their invitation slips. They should bring the slips with them to the centers. Any applicant who does not have their invitation slip will not be allowed into the CBT center.

The Commissioner of Police, Rivers State, CP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc, while congratulating the successful applicants for the CBT, reaffirmed that the recruitment exercise is absolutely free. He warns applicants to beware of job scammers who may want to defraud them. He further advised the applicants to shun all forms of examination malpractices, as well as other acts that are inimical to the laid-down rules of the examination. Anyone caught engaging in such acts will be made to face the full wrath of the law accordingly.
