Rivers State Deputy Governor, Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu, has commissioned key healthcare infrastructure aimed at enhancing primary healthcare delivery in the state.
The newly installed Solarised Walk-in Cold Room, two Vaccine Vial Crushers, nine Operational Hilux Vehicles, and nine Motorcycles for Disease Surveillance were unveiled yesterday to strengthen healthcare services at the local government level.
The commissioning ceremony was attended by the Permanent Secretary of the Rivers State Ministry of Health, the Chairmen of Port Harcourt City (who also serves as the ALGON Chairman), Andoni, and Okrika Local Government Areas, as well as the Chairman and management team of the Rivers State Primary Healthcare Management Board.
