Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, says the state will take part in the burial of former Chairman of Bonny Local Government Area, Hon. David Irimagha, who passed on recently.
The governor, said this during the swearing in of former Vice Chairman of the council, Hon. Anengi Barasua as the new Chairman at Government House, Port Harcourt.
Hon. Barasua made history by becoming the first female Executive Chairman of Bonny LGA, following the death of her principal, David Irimagha.
Wike, charged the new council boss to unite the people of Bonny, and avoid actions capable of dividing the council.
She urged her to work with the current leadership of Bonny to move the council forward.
