Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Ibok-Ete Ibas, has pledged to revive moribund facilities and industries across the state, assuring residents that his administration possesses the capacity to restore them to full operation.
Ibas gave the assurance during an inspection tour of several abandoned facilities over the weekend. He expressed dismay at the level of decay and neglect, describing the state of the infrastructure as regrettable.
He, however, maintained that with the right leadership and commitment, the administration would breathe new life into the facilities for the benefit of the people of Rivers State.
