Seven prisoners at the Port Harcourt Maximum prison have reportedly graduated from the National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN.
The inmates all bag bachelors degree according to sources.
Two out of the seven inmates graduated with second class upper (2.1), while the remaining five finished with second class lower (2.2).
Registrar of the institution commended the inmates for their achievenents and encouraged other inmates to take advantage of the opportunity to develop themselves.
