The mobile Police officer who allegedly shot dead a landlord at Egbelu in ObioAkpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, has been remanded at the Port Harcourt Correctional Centre, by a Chief Magistrate Court.
The Presiding Magistrate, Rosemary Ipalibo remanded the Officer after she ruled that the case will be sent to the Department of Public Prosecution, for legal advice.
She noted that the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the matter.
The mobile Police Officer is facing one count charge of murder for allegedly killing one Wisdom Nwaodu, a landlord.
