The Rivers State Police Command has intensified the deployment of security personnel to combat crime and prevent the movement of illicit materials across the state.
Commissioner of Police Olugbenga Adepoju, speaking at a joint security briefing at the command headquarters in Port Harcourt, reaffirmed the commitment of the Police and other security agencies to safeguarding lives and property.
He warned that individuals engaged in unlawful activities would be identified, apprehended, and prosecuted.
