The Rivers State Police Command, has confirmed the arrest of a final year student of the Rivers State University identified as Mr Christian, alleged to be the leader of Vikings cult group in the school.
Spokesperson of the Command, Nnamdi Omoni in a statement on Friday, said Christian and his girlfriend were arrested on Wednesday night with a pistol at a hotel in Mile 3 diobu, Port Harcourt.
He stated that his arrest will help to capture other members of the gang responsible for crime and Criminality in the school.
The suspect and his girlfriend were arrested by officers of the Octopus Strike Force of the command based on credible information.
