The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, says petrol is scarce in Rivers State, because there were challenges testing available products for methanol.
Zonal controller of the Agency, professor, Godday Ineh said this in a chat with journalists yesterday.
According to him, products need to be properly tested and certified good before it could be sold to users, adding that the petrol situation will be sorted out by the end of the week.
