The executives of the People’s Democratic Party in Rivers State, has said that no court in Owerri, ordered their removal from office.
Chiarman of PDP in the State, Desmond Akawor made this known in a chat with Journalists, over the weekend.
He described the purported Court Judgement, as a “BEDROOM” judgement.
“No Owerri Court judgement sacked me and my executives, no judgement anywhere. “Do not ask me that kind of question again,” he told the Journalists.
The Rivers PDP chairman, had earlier said that those who dragged them to court, were not members of the party.
He noted that the said Court has fixed February 19 2021, for hearing of the matter.
