The Rivers State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party, says it has lifted the suspension earlier placed on the party Chairman of Ahoada West Local Government Area, Chief Ikechukwu Obuzor.
State Publicity Secretary of the party, Tambari Sydney disclosed this in an official statement in Port Harcourt, on Thursday.
He said the suspension was lifted, after a meeting of the National Working Committee of the party at its Secretariat, in Port Harcourt, on Wednesday.
The statement also directed the Chairman to resume his official duties immediately.
Chief Ikechukwu Obuzor was suspended by the NWC of the party few days weeks ago.
