Governorship Candidate of the Action Democratic Party in Rivers State, Victor Fingesi says due to the failure of the Wike-led administration to deliver the dividends of democracy, the PDP has lost its popularity in the state.

Fingesi, in a chat with journalists said the PDP is now a minority party in Rivers despite being in power.

According to him, the number of people who claim to be members of the PDP are insignificant compared to the number of persons in the state.

The Governorship hopeful, also said he is the best man to govern the state, and promised to deliver Democratic dividends to Rivers people.

“The PDP is a minority in Rivers State. There is a silent majority in Rivers State that is just there,” he said.

“Go to your villages, many of them are not members of a political party, but they are just there to vote. Their leaders will push them to vote here or there.

“The population of Rivers State compared to the population of people who claim to be members of the PDP there are very insignificant,” he added.
