National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Debo Ologun-Agba has described as authentic the trending list of caretaker committee members for Rivers State, which he signed and published.
The list which had additional names has been a subject of controversy since its release as Governor, Sim Fubara had described it as fake.
Also, publicity secretary of the party in the state, Sydney Gbara had dismissed the list, noting that the letter signed by the National Organising Secretary of the party, Umar Bature, remains the authentic list and position of the party.
However, Ologunagba in a statement said the list was authentic and urged Rivers people to disregard any list not published on the dailies and the party’s website.
