Paramount Ruler of Ibaa community in Emuoha Local Government Area of Rivers State, Sunday Wobodo says the fire incident that claimed lives in the area was disturbing and sad.
Wobodo made this known in a statement on Tuesday.
He stated that illegal oil refining activities will no longer be tolerated in the community.
According to him, the community cannot continue to lose its residents to illicit activity.
Recall that over 25 persons lost their lives when an explosion rocked an illegal oil refining site in the area.
