Chairman of the Rivers State Chapter of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Stanley Job Stanley has been sworn in for a second term in office as chairman of the council.
Job Stanley made this known in a post on his Facebook page Today.
According to him, the inauguration held today, at Birnin Kebbi, during the council’s National Executive Council meeting.
It was performed by the National President of the council, Chief Christopher Isiguzo.
“Just had my inauguration for a second term in office as chairman of NUJ Rivers State Council as performed by the national president of NUJ, Chief Isiguzo Christopher Cfr at the NUJ NEC meeting in Birnin Kebbi. To God be the glory,” he said.
Stanley Job Stanley was declared winner of the election, last year after the election was postponed multiple times.
