A Chief, Magistrate Court in Port Harcourt has remanded a former security guard, John Danjuma accused of killing his former employer in Port Harcourt, few days ago
Chief Magistrate, Collins Ali remanded the accused at the Port Harcourt Correctional Center after receiving a remand warrant from the police.
He directed that the case be transferred to the Department of Public Prosecution for legal advice.
The suspect did not take his plea since there were no charges preferred against him.
The case was adjourned to June 15 2023.
