Rivers State has been listed as the tenth state with the highest active internet subscribers by statisense.
Lagos was listed as the top state with 18.84 million subscribers, followed by Ogun with 9.53million, Kano was placed third with 9.07 million while Oyo and FCT were placed fourth and fifth respectively.

Delta — 6.01 million
