The Wife of the Governor of Rivers State, Her Excellency Lady Valerie Fubara, will on Thursday, October 9, 2025, represent the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria at the RHI/Tony Elumelu Foundation Women Economic Empowerment Programme.

The event, which is scheduled to hold at the Banquet Hall of the Government House, Port Harcourt, will commence at 10:00 a.m. prompt.

The empowerment programme is aimed at supporting women through entrepreneurship and capacity-building initiatives, in line with ongoing efforts to promote financial inclusion and economic independence for women across the country.
