A young lady, identified as Oroma Ejigini Chidinma from Nkpolu Oro-worukwo community in Obio/Akpor local government area of Rivers State, has been diagnosed with Diabetic Nephropathy – kidney disease caused by diabetics.
One Idare Udo-Inyang who made this known in a post on Facebook, said Miss Chidinma is currently at the hospital and needs the sum of fifteen million, one hundred thousand naira for medical treatment to stay alive.
According to her, young Chidinma can now barely see as both of her kidneys have been badly damaged.
She appealed to well-spirited Nigerians to come to her aid financially, as she and her family members cannot foot the bill alone.

Diabetic nephropathy, according to healthline.com is a type of progressive kidney disease that may occur in people who have diabetes.
It affects people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and risk increases with the duration of the disease and other risk factors like high blood pressure and a family history of kidney disease.
