Presiding Justice of the Port Harcourt Division of the Court of Appeal, Justice Joseph Shagbaor Ikyegh is dead.
Sources say Ikyegh who hails from Konshisha LGA of Benue State slumped at his residence after a phone conversation.
He attended the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife) and was called to the Nigerian bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1980.
He was appointed Judge of the High Court of Benue State on 27th March 1991, a position he held until his elevation to the Appeal Court on the 16th of July, 2010.
