The Independent National Electoral Commission says issuance of Pemanent Voters Card will begin from Monday, December 12 2022 to Jan. 22 2023 at the various 774 LGA offices of the commission.
The commission in a statement Today also said the exercise will begin at the Ward levels from 6th to 15th January 2023.
Meanwhile, INEC in Rivers State has received the final batch of the Permanent Voters Cards.
The commission reportedly received the cards on Thursday night. Those who registered between January to July are expected to receive theirs in the coming days.
