Senator Andrew Ichendu and Sokonte Davies have been restrained from parading themselves as leaders of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State by a High Court sitting in Port Harcourt.
Justice M.O. Chukwu in a suit filed by Golden Chioma ruled Today, that Igo Aguma remains the authentic Acting Chairman of the Party in the state. He declared as illegal and unconstitutional, the meeting that suspended Aguma from the party.
Justice Chukwu equally noted that the meeting and the suspension of Aguma was a contravention of the constitution of the party.
Meanwhile, Aguma has warned Sokonte Davies and his cohorts to stop causing division in the party, as he has since been recognized by the National leadership of the party as the acting chairman of APC in the state.
