Rivers APC governorship candidate – Arch. Tonye Cole is set to challenge the ruling of the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, which affirmed the electoral victory of Sir, Siminialayi Fubara of the PDP at the Supreme Court.
Cole disclosed this in statement today, shortly after the Court ruling which dismissed his petition.
My people,
Today was a satisfactory victory and a disappointing loss. We gained some significant grounds at Appeal even though we lost overall. We can take the gains to the Supreme Court to see if they will agree with us or not. That is the last and final leg,” he said.
