The Supreme Court will Today hear the Rivers State governorship election appeal brought before it by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Tonye Cole challenging the victory of Sim Fubara as governor of the state.
Cole had filed the Appeal challenging Fubara’s emergence at the apex court after his case was struck out at the election petition tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
Cole is asking the court to remove Fubara as governor and declare him the rightful winner of the March 18 guber poll.
