The Supreme Court Today, dismissed the appeal of the Allied People’s Movement challenging the election victory of governor, Siminalayi Fubara in the March 18th 2023 election.
This was after Inocent Kere, counsel for the APM and its candidate withdrew its petition during proceedings.
Meanwhile the apex court reserved judgement in the appeal by candidate of the APC, Tonye Cole seeking to oust the governor from office.
