Governorship candidate of Accord party in Rivers state, Dumo Lulu-Briggs has called for the cancellation of last Saturday’s Governorship and House of Assembly elections in the state.
Dumo, made the call in a press briefing in Port Harcourt Today.
The Accord party candidate who revealed that he will challenge the outcome of the election in court, said he was leading and ahead of other candidates before the process was hijacked.
He alleged that election materials were hijacked in polling units across the state, and that so many of his supporters were intimidated and not allowed to vote.
He called on his supporters and Rivers people to remain calm as his mandate will be reclaimed in court.
