The Rivers State Ministry of Education has announced a screening and verification exercise for candidates of Rivers origin who have been offered provisional admission and scholarship into PAMO University of Medical Sciences for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The exercise will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Education, located in the Podium Block, 7th Floor, State Secretariat Complex, Port Harcourt. The screening is scheduled to begin at 9:00am prompt.
According to a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Dr. (Mrs.) Azibaolanari Uzoma-Nwogu, all invited candidates are expected to present their admission letters, birth certificates, local government identification letters, letters of recommendation from their ward councillors or royal highnesses, and other supporting documents.
The ministry emphasized that the verification exercise is strictly for those who have received provisional admission and scholarship offers for the 2025/2026 academic year.
