The Federal Road Safety Corps in Rivers State has blamed the cause of the tanker Explosion on the Obiri-Ikwerre Flyover on over speeding.
Speaking with journalists shortly after the incident, Sector Commander, Christopher Goje said eyewitnesses confirmed this to them.
According to him, two people lost their lives in the incident while three others were injured.
He warned tanker drivers and motorists against over speeding adding that the command is doing everything possible to reduce such incidents.
However, the Police had in its report said three persons lost their lives in the incident.
