- The 27km Chokocho-Igbodo Road, Etche LGA
- Oyigbo-Afam Road, Oyigbo LGA
- Port Harcourt Campus of the Nigerian Law School
- The Judicial Institute
- New Magistrate Courts and
- Rumuokwurusi-Elimgbu (Tank junction) Flyover.
The loan which has a repayment period of 18 months is to be repaid before the end of Gov. Wike’s administration.
It would be deducted from October 2021 to April 2023 at a monthly rate of ₦1.5 Billion against the State’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).
