Rivers State Deputy Governor, Prof. Ngozi Odu is back to the state weeks after embarking on a medical leave.
Odu, who has been out of the country was received at Government House Port Harcourt by Governor Sim Fubara upon her arrival, Today
She is expected to continue with her official duties immediately.
