The Rivers State Civil Society Organizations, has reacted to the untold hardship residents of the state are currently going through, due to the curfew imposed by the Rivers State Government.
Chairman of RIVCSO, Enefaa Georgewill in a statement on Wednesday, said laws are made to guide society and not to cause confusion or show power.
Enefaa who had earlier condemned the incessant attacks on security Operatives, also said that only the people can fight unknown gunmen wrecking havoc in the society.
He said security operatives should work towards winning the hearts of the people, and not to cause them pain, as it is being experienced across the country.
“Only The People Can Fight Ungun Known Men. Government & The Police Should Win Their Hearts Not To Cause Them Pain,” he said
“Laws Are Made To Guide Society Not To Cause Confusion Or Show Power,” he added.
