Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has reiterated his administration’s commitment to lasting peace and unity in the state.
The governor made the statement on Friday after attending the funeral service of Elder Temple Omezurike Onuoha, the late cousin of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, held in Rumueprikom.
“I joined the Honourable Minister and other dignitaries to pay our final respects to the late Elder Temple Omezurike Onuoha,” Fubara said.
Following the service, the governor met with key stakeholders and supporters to reaffirm his dedication to the peace process in Rivers State.
