Rivers state governor, Sim Fubara says governance began in the state three months ago due to the political crisis bedevilling the state.
Fubara, said this during the official inauguration of the Andoni section of the Ogoni-Andoni-Opobo Unity Road project, in Ngo Town, Andoni Local Government Area on Saturday.
According to him, despite the delay, his government had achieved better project and service delivery than eight years government of some other administration.
