Former Rivers state lawmaker, Evan Bipi says Governor, Siminialayi Fubara is the leader of the People’s Democratic Party in the state.
Bipi in a statement while addressing a coalition of supporters of Sim Fubara few days ago said the PDP constiitution states that a governor is the leader of the party in his state.
He stated that being a governor also makes Fubara leader of all structures in the state and advised anyone against it to go and look for another structure.
Bipi called for more support for the governor and assured Rivers people that Fubara will deliver on his promises.
