Chairman of Emohua local government area, Hon. Chidi Lloyd has described Gov. Sim Fubara as a learner who does not know what governance is about.
Llyod said this after a meeting of the state chapter of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria on Wednesday.
According to him, Fubara was given a Benz to learn how to drive, instead of a beetle, adding that the state cannot be for a learner driver.
He accused the governor of withholding and tampering with funds meant for the council without their approval.
The state government was yet to react to the allegation as at the time of filing this report.
