The Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Olatunji Disu has called on residents of the state to remain calm and go about their normal business amid political crisis in the state.
Disu, in a statement today, urged residents not to panic as the Police is at alert to ensure adequate security of lives and property.
He assured that the command would conduct its activities professionally to ensure the state is peaceful.
Disu, urged those planning on travelling to the state during the yuletide to do so without fear as their safety is guaranteed.
