It was a thing of deep emotions for me as I read through the writeups put up in defense for me, in my temporal incarceration by agents of political fundamentalism in Rivers State cum Nigeria.
Defense put up by even people I have no personal relationship with. People our paths have never crossed but connected by the desire to see a liberated Rivers State.
I was engulfed in the genuineness of your show of love for me, that I naturally became blind to the infinitesimal misguided elements whose inglorious narrative is borne out of unprovoked envy, competition and inherent bitterness against anyone seen to have an independent mind and voice.
Your love, concern and support so expressly shown, is a clear indication of how deep my efforts are well appreciated and has spurred me to continue in the path of justice for Rivers State and the just.
This is me saying thank you to everyone.
At the right time I’ll speak about our ordeal but I won’t fail to laugh at the ignorance of many who are oblivious of what truly transpired at the PDP NATIONAL SECRETARIAT by celebrating an undemocratic character that was jointly resisted, and upon seeing his public defeat; shamefully took to his heels.
I was not called DEFENDER OF DEMOCRACY in the 2018 Phalga Constituency 3 by-election for nothing, when against all odds amidst the deafening sounds of gunshots; fearlessly confronted those bent on subverting the will of the people expressed through the ballot, that led to the general cancellation of that Election.
Remember again that ” WE ARE DEAD TO FEAR”.
Finally : The Increase in our our INTERNALLY GENERATED REVENUE from 12 BILLION NAIRA to 27 BILLION is not farfetched, for it is as a result of the genuineness in the approach of GOVERNOR SIM FUBARA.
No more pugnacious approach to governance.
No more threats and truculent demeanor in the attitude of government towards the private sector and multinationals.
Above all, the end to the diversion of unacounted funds into individual business empire.
GOVERNOR SIM means well for Rivers State.
Stand with him and he’ll in return stand with you.
