The Magistrate Court of Rivers State sitting in Port Harcourt has struck out a criminal case filed by the Commissioner of Police against two defendants, Hector Enekarita and Aloni Olodi.
The case, with suit number PMC/885C/2025, came up for hearing before Chief Magistrate O. N. Worlu-Omoudu (GD I) on September 3, 2025.
According to the enrolled order, the matter was struck out following information presented by the State Legal Officer indicating that both parties had reached a settlement. The court also heard an oral submission and oath from the nominal complainant, Hon. Goodluck Iheanacho, confirming the resolution of the dispute.
In his ruling, Chief Magistrate Worlu-Omoudu ordered that the case be struck out and the defendants discharged.
