Residents of Obagi Community in Ogba, Egbema Ndoni Local Government of Rivers State have raised alarm over gas leakage from a facility in the area.
They said the leakage have lasted for over two months without any intervention and that they now live in fear since the leakage was discovered.
They called on the relevant government agencies to urgently come to their aid to prevent damage.
Chairman of the Community Development Committee of Obagi, Ngozi Paul in a statement said nothing has been done to stop the leakage since they reached out to the owners of the facility.
