The Rivers State Commissioner for Power, Hon. Prince Solomon Abel Eke, has presented cash gifts of ₦100,000 each to over 100 parents to support them in paying tuition fees for their children for the 2024/2025 session.
This was during the launch of his ‘Back2School’ programme in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area, on Monday.
According to him, the gesture is a way of supporting Governor Sim Fubara’s steadfast commitment to education, and called for continuous support for the governor.
