Civil Society Organisations in Rivers State have raised an alarm on the increased rate of killing, kidnapping and car theft in Rivers State
Chairman, Civil Society Organisations Enefa Georgewill while reeling out incidents of killings in the State urged the police to Intensify efforts to safeguard residents.
He also urged the CP to withdraw security operatives from private individuals and move them to strategic areas of need.
